Bulphan This Sunday

This Sunday afternoon we return to Bulphan for our Christmas show, The Bulphan SnowBrawl. And I know we say this a lot, but this show is not one to miss. Just a small reminder that there is in ring training on Sunday also at Bulphan from 11-1.30, Purfleet is closed. All students are encouraged to stay for the show after too!

The main event is a Triangle Tag Team elimination match as the ReBellion and Party Peace challenge The Flying Scotsmen for the Tag Team titles. First let’s start with Party Peace the former and longest champions in Dropkixx history who have taken over the tag team division for the past year.  However at Brentwood last month an altercation happened as it looks like the team were arguing, will we find out what happens at Bulphan? Next is the ReBellion the most deadly trio in Wrestling today, leader Jack Toreno and his followers Brandon Croft and Crowley. This team caused chaos at the last Bulphan show attacking our MC and referee Danny chapman. Will this happen again if they win the tag titles? And finally the champions, The Flying Scotsmen are record breaking six-time champions and have been in Dropkixx for over 15 years, but will there experience help on Sunday?

We will also have the British champion Taylor Essex facing the ‘South East Striking Machine’ Sam DeFrain in a non title match. DeFrain is returning after a long time out and has asked Dropkixx General Manager Vinny Daniels for a challenge, hence why he is taking on the champion. Essex has been on a roll so far taking on some of the biggest challenges around, although he has a bounty on his back after he was defeated by Team ReBellion at Brentwood last month. Essex will have to dig down deep to be able to defeat DeFrain, as well as keep an eye out for the ReBellion.

Another exciting match we will have will be a Showcase title Number one contendership match between ‘The Heavyweight’ Lewis Barrett and Mr. Fabulous. Let’s start with the former Showcase champion Lewis Barrett who lost the title to Danny Rowe at Brentwood. Straight away Barrett wanted his rematch only to be denied by the GM Vinny Daniels after he lost twice in a row to Danny Rowe, and so he has been put in a number one contenders match. However he will have to get through Mr. Fabulous who recently returned at Brentwood and will be looking to start his route to his first ever singles title. Barrett has had a great 2017 minus his recent blemishes, but could we witness the impossible and have him bested by the Mexican sensation?

HUGE Heavyweight action will take place too as we will have the first ever clash between Ian Frost and former British champion ‘Lazer’ Lagden. Frost is coming off a huge victory over Crusher Curtis at Brentwood which made him the the number one contender to the Chaos title. While he’ll have that match further down the line, he mustn’t overlook his opponent this Sunday. Lagden is a Dropkixx legend with over 14 years of experience and won’t go down without a good fight.

Speaking of the Chaos champion, Jordan Saeed will be in action as he battles Arin Jones. Saaed is UNDEFEATED since his debut, and has proven to be a mighty force between the ropes. The reason behind this match is that prior to our Brentwood show, Arin Jones was attacked by a mystery attacker. Saaed has revealed that it was him and has had some very strong words to say regarding Jones. Jones is one of the hottest rookies around and will be looking to give Dropkixx fans an early Christmas present and shut Saaed up for good!

And finally we will have a Fatal Four Way Match between Mark Hendry, ‘The Rock God’ T.J. Riff, Tammy and Will Harper. This match truly contains some of the most exciting talent on the roster. Firstly we have Mark Hendry who recently had to defend his career in a match at Brentwood against Tamera and will be eager for revenge against her, but in a four way match he will have to keep an eye out on everyone else too! Next is T.J. Riff in his second Dropkixx match, looking to bring the rock and roll Gods and dastardly ways with him. Will the power of music bring him a win? Is it a bird is it a plane no it’s the high flying Will Harper, one half of High Energy and also one of the most entertaining wrestlers on the roster. Harper is fighting for his injured tag partner Jack Walker and will hope to get back on track and win? Finally it’s Tammy time, competing against guys once more, whom she has a good track record against, despite her recent defeat. And it’d appear that the rivalry is not over yet. Four way matches create an interesting scenario whereby anyone can pin anyone, we could see alliances formed and broken, and much, much more!
